THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tarkwen Jemaiyo Kogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 6 (Kapsaret) 21, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Salina Jelagat Korir, of P.O. Box 7370–30100, Eldoret, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title in the name of Salina Jelagat Korir, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Tarkwen Jemaiyo Kogo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
