THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hanaa Ali Karama, of P.O. Box 1587–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 13088/I/Mn, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 46005/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (3), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
