THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdurazak Mohameed Jamma, of P.O. Box 3283– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0300 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 12819/II/Mn, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 54980, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3).
