REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Don Green Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 914– 00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0480 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under lease No. Nairobi/Block 97/1849, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
