WHEREAS Mbaraka Mdogo Mwanyumba, is registered as proprietor lessee in fee simple of all that piece of land known as 10164, Kilifi, situate in district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 14237/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
