APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 184 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, as read with section 8, sub-sections (2) and (3) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor of Kilifi County, appoint— Walter Ogana – Kenya Institute of Planners Kassim Mwamba Omar (Dr.) – Architectural Association of Kenya Rahma Abdul Mohamed – Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Anthony Gona Fondo – Law Society of Kenya Philister Pili Ruwah – Institute of Certified Public – Accounts Dennis Malembaka – Kenya Institute of Surveyors Agnes Muturi Association of Urban Areas and Cities to and Ad-hoc Committee to consider and advise on the recommendation for the conferment of Municipality status to Mariakani, Mtwapa and Watamu towns in Kilifi County, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 17th April, 2023.
