IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 235 (1) of the
Constitution of Kenya, as read with section 57 and 58 (1) (b) and
58A(9) of the County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Makueni County Assembly, I, Mutula Kilonzo Jnr, Governor, Makueni County, appoint—
