IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the specified bank formerly known as Mayfair CIB Bank Limited has by resolution of the Board and the approval of the Registrar of Companies, effected a change of name from Mayfair CIB Bank Limited to Commercial International Bank (CIB) Kenya Limited, with effect from the 27th March, 2023.
