THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development in consultation with the County Government of Kilifi, has developed the adjudication programme for the community in Kilifi County set out in the second column of the Schedule. SCHEDULE County Community Location Kilifi Gede-Mitangani Mirihini/Ndigiria 2096 2096 The Cabinet Secretary shall proceed to publish the notice of the intention to survey, demarcate for registration of the community and community land in the above Schedule as per section 8 (4) of the Community Land Act, 2016 and any law relating to adjudication of titles to land.
