TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Mbetsa Ndungo Mwanzaka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungo Mwanzaka Chigulu, who died at Mwamtsunga Rabai, Kilifi, on 7th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By Jesse Mkando Mwanzaka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzaka Chigulu Sururu, who died at Mkapuni, Ruruma, Kilifi, on 28th February, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
