TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 of 2023 By David Odoyo Okumu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Okumu Seko alias Alexander Okumu, who died on 6th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E52 of 2023 By Siprosa Onyach Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Otieno Mbata, who died on 9th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E53 of 2023 By Jane Adhiambo Gimona, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gimona Imbo alias Joseph Gimana Imeso, who died on 15th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
