TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By James Otaba Njereman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismahili Njereman Akhwale alias Njereman Akhwale, who died at Ibokolo in 1997. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2023 By Joseph Matakwa Khainga, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saimon Eshiwani Khainga alias Salimu Khayinga, who died at Mundobelwa in 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
