TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2023 By Berusa Ayuma Mboko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mboko Edudi alias Mboko Edudi, who died at Mwitubwi Location, on 11th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2023 By Benson Owacho Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Onyango Opanga, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 4th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
