TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 19th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By (1) Gatimu Nganga and (2) Naomi Mugure Mwirigi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Ng’ang’a Ndambo alias Ng’ang’a Ndambo alias Nganga Ndambo, who died at Kiangurwe, Kangari, on 4th November, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
