TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 of 2023 By Martha Jerotich Kibet, of P.O. Box 29–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Kibet Kutoh, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E39 of 2023 By (1) Moses Oloinyeyie Chemur and (2) David Koech Chebii, both of P.O. Box 1, Chepkorio in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebii Chemur, who died on 21st December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
