TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E79 of 2022
By Samiratariq Qureshi, of P.O. Box 46102, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate annexed to
5th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE the deceased’s last will intestate to the estate of Qureshi Mansoor Tariq, who died on 2nd September, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
