TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 of 2023 By (1) Imtiazali Hussein Bhanji and (2) Janmohamed Amynah Hassanali, both of P.O. Box 48774–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will and the last testament of Farid Rajabali Hamir, who died on 29th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
