Box 1126-00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndungu Kirumba, who died at Matasia, on 30th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By (1) Michael Mwebi and (2) Catherine Kerubo Mwebi, both of P.O. Box 1170–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robina Gekombe Mwebi alias Ruffina Gekombe Mwebi, who died along Ngere Road, on 9th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By (1) Risa Tanteu ole Kaiyo, (2) Daniel Moriaso Kaiyao and (3) Joel Kintalel Tanteu, all of P.O. Box 691–00206, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tanteu ole Kaiyao, who died at Oltepesi, on 22nd April, 2000.
