TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2022 By Cicely Wairimu Miano, of P.O. Box 53, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Miano Muturi, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 7th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By George Kinyua Ngigi, of P.O. Box 14902–00400, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Nahashon, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
