TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E169 of 2022 By Martin Magoiya Kinyua, of P.O. Box 89–10202, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamau Kinyua, who died at Nyakianga, on 25th September, 21 CAUSE NO. E69 of 20232 By Joseph Maina Kinunu, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinunu Macharia alias Kinunu s/o Macharia, who died at Jamaa Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
