E49 of 2023 By George Otieno Nondi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Oyuga Wangore alias Oyuga Wangore, who died at Siger Sub-location, on 12th August, 1983. CAUSE NO. E59 of 2023 By George Ogundo Ombewa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ombewa Awino, who died at Lieta Sub-location, on 19th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E60 of 2023 By Siphrosa Ogutu Okecha, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Owiti, who died at Lieta, on 2nd April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E61 of 2023 By Alfayo Omolo Ouko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Auko Okara, who died at Masala, on 1st July, 1985. CAUSE NO. E67 of 2023 By Paul Akama Akoko, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akama Akama, who died at Ndigwa, on 22nd May, 1995.
