TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2022 By Catherine Wairimu Muchiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muchiri Chege, who died at Mugutha Sub-location, on 19th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Nyambura Ngero and (2) Fredrick Thinji Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mburu Thinji, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
