TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2022 By (1) Jackson Katana William, (2) Christine William Mwamba and (3) Bonston Mwamba Kiwaya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwamba Kiwaya alias William Mwamba Chiwaya, who died on 9th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By Geophry Hinzano Khamisi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hinzano Ngala, who died on 17th January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
