TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th May, 2023 CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2022 By Tabitha Mayaa John, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Konde Mfano, who died on 2nd June, 2022. CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2022 By Michael Tuva Shungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Poland Shungu alias Kilonga, who died on 16th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By (1) Birya Kalu Jefwa, (2) Jackson Kalu Jefa, (3) Katana Kalu Jefwa and (4) Wilson Changawa Kalu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalu Jefwa, who died on 10th August, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
