TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th May, 2023 CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2022 By Douglas Nelson Ngeywo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Wanyama Wamalwa, who died at Sikhendu, on 18th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2022 By Monica Waruguru, of P.O. Box 315, MNdalu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuku Njoroge, who died at Tabani, on 16th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Nasipwondi Webale and (2) Sharon Wumbukha Simiyu, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Simiyu Barasa, who died on 5th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
