TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2020 By (1) Andrew Wambani Mululu, (2) Mohamed Amir Mululu and (3) Elizabeth Wekesa Makokha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Aggrey Omutanga Makokha, who died at Kory Family Hospital, on 3rd April, 2019. CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2022 By Ronald Chenane Muniafu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asha Nangila Juma, who died at Chesamis Sub- location, on 14th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
