E348 of 2022 By Josephat Ulunzi Obiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timateo Obiro Oluzi alias Timateo, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 1st February, 1990. CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2023 By Victoria Amisi Nyamema, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyona Oware alias Jackson Odaba Anyona, who died at Kayila Sub-location, on 22nd December, 1997. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2023 By Daniel Mabinda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Etale Mabinda, who died at Musikomoli Sub-location, on 17th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2023 By Victoria Amisi Nyamema, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Nyamema Oware, who died at Kayila Sub-location, on 18th June, 2018.
