TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By Maweu Mutune, of P.O. Box 4–90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavisi Mutune Mangoka, who died at Kilome, on 16th April, 2021. 5th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2022 By Rosalia Ndumi Muumbi, of P.O. Box 58323–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kithuka Muumbi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
