Box 538, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyoteyo Mageria, who died at Riana Location, on 4th July, 1989. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2023 By John Kennedy Motachwa, of P.O. Box 22005–00100, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abina Ondieki Nyachiro alias Abner Nyachiro, who died at Nyanza General Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 1980. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2023 By (1) Daniel Omagwa Mayogi and (2) Milkah Nyanchoka Onsongo, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andraniko Mayogi alias Andrewniko Mayogi, who died on 19th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2023 By Stephen Makori Atika, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyanchama Makori, who died on 30th April, 2022.
