TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th May, 2023 CAUSE NO. E52 of 2023 By (1) David Kipkoech Tum (Rev.) and (2) Philip Kipngeno Tum (Pst.), both of P.O. Box 139, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Viola Chepkirui Ngeny alias Taptany w/o Ngeny, who died at Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By Joshua Kiplangat arap Chelule, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelule arap Chumo, who died at Chebongi, on 7th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
