TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2021 By Dick Micheni M’Rithaa, of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evangeline Kageni Micheni, who died on 25th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By (1) Lawrence Gitonga and (2) Assenath Gacheri Mutindwa, both of P.O. Box 3–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutindwa Gakie alias Mutindwa Gakia, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
