TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E100 of 2021 By Edward Kiprono Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 2, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Kosimbei, who died at Teganda, on 1st January, 1979. CAUSE NO. 19 of 2023 By (1) Joseah Kiplangat Koech and (2) Langat Wesley, both of P.O. Box 52, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekia Kiptoo Birir, who died at Kataret Sub- location, on 28th August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
