TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 5th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2021 By Benjamin Atemba Osoro, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyogora Gwako, who died at Nyagancha, on 24th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2022 By Sarah Mokeira Omundi, of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogiti Munyenye alias Mogiti Monyenye, who died at Bassi Chache Location, on 29th October, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
