E49 OF 2023 By Judith Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayara Obongo, who died on 4th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2023 By (1) David Orage Amayo and (2) Risper Anyango Apiyo, the deceased’s nephew and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajuok Orage, who died on 25th October, 1987. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2023 By Charles Ayaga Oluoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oluoch Omwanda, who died on 27th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. 150 OF 2023 By Lorna Juma Abidha, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Otengo, who died on 1st January, 1981. CAUSE NO. 151 OF 2023 By Lina Aoko Ouru, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Obuya Nyamanga alias Thomas Obuya, who died on 1st January, 2006.
