TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 of 2023 By Rosemary Nduta Mugo, of P.O. Box 117–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ndung’u King’e, who died at Thogoto, on 21st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E56 of 2023 By (1) Mikayo Macharia and (2) Margaret Wangari Macharia, both of P.O. Box 962–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Macharia, who died at Mediheal Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 17th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
