TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Imali Atsiaya and (2) Dickson Makoro Kilaka, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Thomas Asiaya Mudidi and (2) Daudi Mudidi Kiraka, who both died at Banja Sub-location, on 14th October, 2019 and 9th April, 2020, respectively. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By (1) Jescah Ajanga Yida, (2) Herman Shajema Ajanga and (3) Ajanga Joseph Yidah, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Ajanga Lung’ahi alias Reuben Ajanga, who died at Senende Sub- location, on 31st January, 1966. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
