TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E477 OF 2022 By Rachel Muthoni Mwangi, of P.O. Box 47, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of George Ndung’u Mwangi, who died at Muchatha, Kiambaa, on 9th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
