E90 of 2023 By (1) Stephen Mwaura Karega, (2) James Mungai Karega, (3) Mary Njeri Karega and (4) Pilisilah Wanjiku Karega, all of P.O. Box 250– 00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karega Njoroge alias Karega Munjuga alias Karega Njoroge Munjuga, who died at Karura, Kiambaa, on 5th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2023 By (1) Kamau Maina and (2) Geoffrey Mbugua Waweru, both of P.O. Box 90–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s dependants, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Chege alias Chege Paul Njuguna alias Paul Njuguna Chege, who died at Gathangari, Githunguri, on 9th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2023 By Jane Wanjiru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kimani Gathu, who died at Ting’anga, on 30th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2023 By (1) Antony Mambo Njihia and (2) Jane Wanjiku Njihia, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njihia Karinga, who died at Gilgil, on 21st November, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
