TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 of 2023 By Eudosiah Ndamu Mwakulomba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakulomba Pancras Shete, who died at St. Joseph Shelter of Hope, on 24th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E8 of 2023 By Dishan Mzozo Mwawaza, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheti Mwawaza Mwambi, who died at Mwangea, on 25th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
