TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By Jashvanti Balkrishna Pandya, of Flat 18, Sabermati House, 250, Kashmir Road, Leicester, LEI 2NF, United Kingdom, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Balkrishna Ratilal Pandya, who died at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Headington, Oxford, on 24th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By Agnes Mueni Musyoka, of P.O. Box 90610–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Musyoka Nzwili, who died at Tudor, on 27th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
