TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Nyamawi Katana Ngala and (2) Matano Katana Ngala, both of P.O. Box 42416–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Ngala Tsuma, who died at Mzizima, on 6th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By (1) Sylvia Mukenyi Muthama and (2) Amos Mutua Muthama, both of P.O. Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luiser Ndunga Samuel alias Luiser Ndunge Muthama, who died at Kawangware, on 27th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
