TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 of 2022 By (1) Namunyak Loliyio and (2) Rose Olololiyio, both of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kantet Olololiyio, who died on 13th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
