TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Everlyne Adhiambo Odhiambo and (2) Fiona Ndila Mutuku, the deceased’s sister and friend, respectively, through Messrs. Mudeshi Muhanda and Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Michael Omondi Odhiambo, late of Siaya, who died in Tanzania, on 6th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023 By Sammy Mureithi Kimburi, of P.O. Box 43696 – 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, through Messrs. P. M. Ndungu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Muchemi Kimburi, late of Kawangare, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
