E10 of 2023 By Regina Thaaka Kimwele, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Kimwele Ndoni, who died at Katitika Sub-location, on 16th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E11 of 2023 By Muli Manzi Nyange, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzangi Kanono Nyange, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 19th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023 By Musili Mutisya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Musyimi alias Mutisya Musyimi Ngoso alias Mutisya Ngoso, who died at Kitui, on 14th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Philip Kilonzi Nzuki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nzuki Kimotho, who died at Mwambui Sub-location, on 26th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
