TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Atieno Ochieng, (2) Gerald Onjuro Onywera and (3) Silvester Awuor Obiero, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of let Aters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ochieng Obiero, who died on 4th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
