E26 OF 2023 By Mbuvi Kungu, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kungu, who died at Mbitini, Ngangani, on 22nd May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E45 of 2023 By (1) Nicholas Mue Kamwendwa, (2) Jackline Mwikali Kamwendwa and (3) Willie Gerald Kamwendwa, all of P.O. Box 1– 90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Kasiva Kamwendwa alias Elizabeth Kasiua Kamwendwa, who died at Texas Centre, on 14th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
