E74 OF 2023 By Kalauki Kamili M’Tiamwari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukaria M’Tuamwari alias M’Mukiiria M’Tuamwari, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Henry Mwendia Kaberia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kaberia M’Linturi, who died at Giteretu, on 1st February, 2012. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2023 By Cyrus MuturiM’Akairi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Akairi Mithiaru alias M’Akairi M”Ithiabu, who died at Naathu, on 12th August, 1987.
