Box 216–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penina Njeri Ndembei alias Benina Njeri Ndembei, who died at Kirimangai, on 19th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2023 By Cecida Wambui Gitonga, of P.O. Box 22, Kiganjo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitonga Waboi alias Zakaria Gitonga Waboi, who died at Witima Sub-location, on 1st August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2023 By (1) Serah Wambui Mbugua and (2) Stephen Waithaka Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 121–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibraham Mbugua Macharia alias Ibrahim Mbugua Macharia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 9th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
