TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By Martin Wafula Chemuku, of P.O. Box 544–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Chemuku Namiti, who died at West Nalondo, on 8th September, 1986. CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Soita Walubengo and (2) David Simiyu Walubengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Walubengo Mafumala alias George Walubengo Mufumala, who died on 11th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
