TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 88 of 2023 By Julius Simiyu Walumoli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Walumoli Kisilili alias Laban Walumoli, who died at Chesamisi, on 1st March, 1984. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2023 By (1) Protus Sifuna Khaemba and (2) Calistus Nyongesa Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khaemba Khwatenge alias Khaemba Wakhwatenge, who died at Kanduyi, on 5th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
